Sleazy Ads

Let's get a few facts out there from the very beginning: women in motorcycle advertising have been around forever, they will continue to be, sex sells now as much as ever, this industry is still largely male dominated, and I'm a marketing professional telling you that Mad Men is the most boring television show on the air. Unlike Mad Men, this post features beautiful women, while actually standing up for them, so whatever your gender or orientation you might actually enjoy reading it.

International Female Ride Day 2012

IFRD 2012

This week MOTORESS unveiled the new for 2012 International Female Ride Day logo. I've had the chance to meet with Vicki Gray of MOTORESS on a number of occasions. Here was a woman who could have easily out-rode me on my own bike, content with taking a quick ride around the block as a passenger on my Harley-Davidson. When we arrived at the station we spoke briefly about our experiences as a passenger. “I’m not afraid of anything”, she said. I believe her.
