In all seriousness, I had the option of which set of headphones I wanted to review and I selected these ones based on their looks alone. Opinions are like butts though - everyone has one. If these weren’t for you I’d recommend you visit Fuseplusyou.com and find a set that tickles your fancy. The question is: are they any good?

The Motorcycle Discoveries

The Motorcycle Discoveries

Back in June of 2011, I wrote a post about The Motorcycle Discoveries, a web show that was supposed to rock, but by November of 2011, I still hadn't gotten around to publishing it. First I'll share the story, second I'll tell you why I've held back.

Let's face it, as men we struggle to deal with the concept of "reality TV". Teenie-bopper approved hits lack the slightest semblance of "real" in the faces of our lives. Until now. TMD America is a revolutionary and interactive series about the motorcycle journey of a lifetime. Five young riders travelling 25,000 miles across America by motorcycle, sharing their stories, adventures, and clashes. The Worst Motorcycles of 2013: The Negative Nancy Report Special post by resident guest blogger Happy Gilmore

Each January you’re filled with a renewed sense of possibility. A new year, a new you. You boast to your friends and co-workers that you’re going to be shaving 20lbs, quit smoking and open that savings account. As January becomes February you can’t stand to face yourself in the mirror each morning as you’ve gained 5lbs, smoke a pack a day and you’ve just received a past-due notice for an unpaid credit card bill. Have a no fear though, you aren’t alone.

Around this same time of year the motorcycle show circuit has been across Canada and all over the United States. 2013 is packed with new entry-level rides, fancy new scooters, shiny new dual purpose motorcycles and so much more. But you’ll probably notice that there are a few bikes that you’ve seen before, and might be looking a little tired. Or you might have noticed one or two bikes that you scratch your head about thinking “What? Who is going to buy that?”

Broken-down by motorcycle category, like a list of unfulfilled resolutions, I have compiled my opinion for the worst motorcycles available this year. Feel free to disagree; in fact, I encourage it.

2013 Pirelli Calendar

2013 Pirelli Calendar

2013 marked the 40th anniversary of Pirelli's calendar, but odds are you've probably never seen one in real life. Every year, Pirelli gathers a dozen gorgeous (Margareth Madè) and famous (Milla Jovovich) women and asks them to strip for the camera. The calendar prints are so few that even the most well-intentioned gentleman in the motorcycle industry, me, has yet to see a copy of this celebration of the female body.

For 2013, Pirelli has taken a whole new approach. The nude calendar is no more, and while we mourn its loss, we're excited about where this is headed. Pirelli hired photographer Stephen McCurry, dropped the idea of jaw-dropping babes, and drafted a roster of girl next door type belles doing awe-inspiring charitable work across the world for a serious of clothed portraits. The results are stunning all the same, as these women and Rio bare just enough to show why they're rising stars on a global scale.
