Growing up I never cared much for art. To this day I can’t draw a straight line, much less a circle that doesn’t look like a deformed egg. Then I got older, and I met a girl, and she painted, and for a few years we rode motorcycles together, until a fork in the road took us in different directions. Then I got older still, and met another girl, and we fell in love, and she really opened my eyes. I met dancers, aerialists, contortionists, choreographers, burlesque performers, and more. It was a myriad of people who used their bodies in ways I couldn’t even have dreamt of.
People using their bodies in ways I couldn’t even have dreamt of. Kind of like this post that I shared back in 2012.
The “Behind The Scenes – Human Motorcycles” video explains it all and shows just what an amazing job everyone from artist to performers were doing and the work that went into the project.
